Blackboard Ally File Transformer

UIC has temporarily added Blackboard File Transformer to Blackboard Learn courses. This tool enables you to convert and download course files into alternative formats that fit your needs, devices, or learning preferences. For example, you can download course materials as audio files so you can listen to content, or as mobile-friendly HTML so you can open files on smartphones.
