UIC has secured an institution-wide license for LockDown Browser and Respondus Monitor. These tools provide online proctoring support to help ensure academic integrity on exams conducted remotely. Zoom for UIC
UIC has acquired Zoom licenses for faculty. First-time users can visit uic.zoom.us and log in using their NetID and password. Zoom's adoption has grown globally, but faculty should be aware of security risks. Learn more about protecting your Zoom sessions from "Zoom-bombing":

UIC has temporarily added Blackboard File Transformer to Blackboard Learn courses. This tool helps students convert and download course files into alternative formats that fit their needs, devices, and learning preferences.

Windows Virtual Desktop
While our Univeristy labs are closed, UIC has enabled Windows Virtual Desktop so students can remotely access specialized software like Mathematica, R Studio, Adobe Acrobat, SPSS and more from their home computers and laptops. ACCC Scheduled Maintenance
Sunday, May 15-17, 9:30p-11:59p CST
Maintenance windows begin at 9:30pm on Friday and end at 11:59pm on Sunday.
ACCC maintenance windows are scheduled to have the least impact on operations, and service downtime is kept to a minimum. However, certain services may be unavailable for extended periods of time due to necessary updates.
